Otto`s Beer & Brat Garden in Minocqua

Always love their food and their brewery line-up. They are currently doing great work at spacing, traffic flow, and even curb side beer and food pick-up options. And dont forget they even make Root Beer.

It was ok. I got a cheeseburger and while the burger was cooked to my liking, it was served on a stale bun. The fries were also ok too. I wish that they had more options for appetizers. Overall, not a bad restaurant but I will go somewhere else next time.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in State College. I've been here many times, always leaving satisfied with my meal. A majority of the food is sourced from local farms. The staff is friendly and the decor entertaining to look at. The restaurant fills up fast though, and gets a bit loud in the main dining room. Be sure to have dessert, you won't regret it.

First time here, great experience. Our waiter was awesome. I was torn between two dishes and he recommended the ultimate wedge and I'm so glad I took his advice. It was delicious, so much flavor and it was more than enough to bring home! Will definitely be back.

Otto Pub and Brewery is undoubtedly one of the most popular establishments in State College as it offers reliably great beer and a wide array of menu items. Pros:✅Both the Red Mo and Lager were refreshing ✅Drinks were reasonably priced ✅Flavourful wings ✅An energetic atmopshere ✅Quick service Cons: ❌The pretzel was slightly underwhelming❌Fries were unseasoned and ultimately forgettable

Brew pubs all have one thing in common, good beer and the same food menu. Beers higher than par though and I always make a point to visit when near psu

I have had some pretty mixed experiences at Otto's. On some visits the service was fast (lunch on a weekend), but the food was mostly good (aside from a not even close to ripe avocado on my salad). Other visits, like semi-busy evenings (small wait for a table), the food has been really lackluster in terms of portion size, presentation, and overall taste quality. It seems to be pretty hit-or-miss. On the crazy busy evenings, we have had the best food quality experience (you just have to be willing to wait for a table). I won't recommend any specific dishes because it's been hit or miss for me. Otherwise, I like to sit at the bar. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and is a good place to watch a game. Bathrooms are generally clean and there are plenty of stalls. There is ample parking. It shares lots with the hotel and with Barrel 21, the distillery that is associated with Otto's (which I like a lot!).

Delicious wedge sandwich. My favorite is the new lime seltzer. It is the perfect summer drink. Hopefully they will find a way to bottle it soon

A waitress just sprinted to our car to return a credit card I forgot. Quality service.

Was greeted as soon as I got to the bar. The bar tender talked us through some selections and offered samples that were spot on to our liking. Very impressed with the service. And on top of it all the beer is great too.

Good food, polite and accommodated well for Covid

So I love Ottos for a few reasons. For starters, the first time I went was to go on a first date. It's always nerve-wracking to go someplace new and meet someone new, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was so inviting, I didn't feel as nervous.We have now been together for a while and we went back recently. It felt just as welcome the second time. Overall, the food is great. I like the decor and the staff are pretty nice. If you like a good gyro, they are a great place to visit!

I eat here regularly when I"m back in town to visit. The burgers and beer are good. They have a large menu which is great if you are coming with a group of people. The menu has some unique things on it that you don't get other brewpubs in town. The decor is very unique - my recommendation is the homemade root beer made on site!

Service was pretty good, they pay attention to details and half price burgers on Monday, they are half pound and they are extremely good. Beer is excellent.

Fun atmosphere, tasty drinks, and decent prices. Management needs to check out their pasta situation though. My daughter’s mac n cheese came out completely cold. Additionally, I ordered the Christmas pasta. The bowl was piping hot, but the pasta was cold to room temp. Being that it had meat in it, I was concerned. The pasta was both undercooked and gummy. I’m guessing they par cooked it earlier, chilled it, and partially microwaved it before serving. I ended up returning it and getting the cheesesteak which was delicious. Claire the waiter was awesome. My son has a wheat allergy and Claire got him an extra side of apple sauce instead of a cookie with his kid’s meal. We appreciated the kindness. Will definitely be back!

The wait staff is impeccable and the food is amazing. The inhouse brewery is top choice with many selections of local ipa's and lagers. The steak is amazing and the desserts and to die for. One of the best places in town to eat in state college.

Great food and friendly staff but I took a whole star off for the wait. You wait about an hour to be seated on a weekend, then you wait another hour for your food when it is busy! Great prices for food quality though

Our waiter Adam was Awesome. "Awesome Adam" we called him. He was fun and personable. All of the staff was great and was ready to get back to work safely. Was a very nice time. Thank You! Food was good as well fish tacos and pizza was our food go to. Craft beer was our go to for drinks. ❤❤❤
